Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Conductive Digital, LLC (“Conductive Digital,” “we,” “us”) handles information across our marketing website and the Peak Workflow® platform. Because these serve different audiences and involve different data practices, this policy is organized into three parts:
- Part 1 applies to visitors of our marketing website at peakworkflow.com.
- Part 2 applies to authorized users of the Peak Workflow platform, including the Peak Workflow web application and the Peak Workflow Next mobile application for iOS and iPadOS.
- Part 3 contains general provisions that apply to both.
If you are a field technician, supervisor, or other authorized user of the Peak Workflow platform, Part 2 applies to you. The advertising and marketing practices described in Part 1 do not apply to the Peak Workflow platform.
Part 1 — Marketing Website (peakworkflow.com)
This part applies to visitors of our marketing website. It does not apply to use of the Peak Workflow platform.
Information Collected
- Contact form submissions — name, email, company, message content, and related metadata when you voluntarily contact us.
- Website analytics — pages visited, referring URLs, browser type, operating system, approximate location, and similar non-identifying information used to understand and improve website performance.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to enable basic site functionality, measure performance, and support advertising as described below.
Advertising (AdRoll / NextRoll)
We use AdRoll, a service provided by NextRoll, Inc., to display personalized ads to current and potential website visitors. NextRoll collects data on our marketing website — including cookies and similar technologies — to personalize and measure the effectiveness of these ads.
You can opt out of NextRoll’s data collection at any time. For information on opting out and your choices, see NextRoll’s Privacy Notice.
These advertising practices apply only to the marketing website. They do not apply to the Peak Workflow platform or the Peak Workflow Next mobile application, which contain no advertising and no advertising-related data collection.
Retention
Contact form submissions and related metadata are retained for up to 24 months unless the inquiry results in an active commercial relationship, in which case retention is governed by the applicable agreement. Website analytics data is retained according to the standard retention periods of the analytics tools used.
Part 2 — Peak Workflow Platform (Web and Mobile Application)
This part applies to authorized users of the Peak Workflow platform — including the web application and the Peak Workflow Next mobile application for iOS and iPadOS — used by employees and contractors of utility and utility service provider organizations under a commercial license agreement.
The Peak Workflow platform is invitation-only B2B enterprise software. Accounts are provisioned by Conductive Digital on behalf of customer organizations. Users cannot self-register, and the platform is not intended for use by the general public.

How We Use Platform Information
Information collected through the platform is used solely to operate the platform on behalf of our customers:
- Authenticating users and granting access to the appropriate customer workspace
- Routing, executing, and recording work orders
- Attributing field activity to the correct user for audit, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Geotagging and validating field-captured data
- Diagnosing crashes and improving platform stability
- Responding to in-app support requests
We do not use platform data for advertising or marketing. The platform contains no advertising SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no attribution SDKs, and no analytics services that share data with third parties for their own purposes.
Tracking
The Peak Workflow Next mobile application does not track users as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not link user or device data with third-party data for advertising purposes, and we do not share user data with data brokers.
How Platform Information Is Shared
With the customer organization.
Field activity, work orders, and user actions are visible to the customer organization that employs or contracts the user, consistent with the customer’s role-based access controls.
With service providers (sub-processors).
We use the following third parties to operate the platform:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure, data storage, and computing
- Google LLC (Firebase Crashlytics) — Crash reporting and diagnostics
These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually bound to handle information only for purposes of operating the platform.
As required by law.
We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Conductive Digital, our customers, or others.
We do not sell platform information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Retention
Platform data is retained for the duration of the customer’s active subscription and in accordance with the applicable license agreement. Upon termination, data is retained or returned as specified in the license agreement, after which it is securely deleted. Specific retention periods for individual data categories may be set by the customer organization based on their regulatory and operational requirements.
User Rights
Because the platform operates as a service to customer organizations, requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information should generally be directed to the customer organization that provisioned the account. Conductive Digital will assist customers in responding to such requests as required by applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).
Part 3 — General Provisions
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, tenant isolation, audit logging, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Neither the marketing website nor the platform is directed to or intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Users
The marketing website and the platform are operated from the United States, and information is stored in the United States. By using either, users outside the United States understand and consent to the transfer of information to the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes affecting platform customers will be communicated through the customer organization.
